Dr. Meike Flore
Dr Flore has lived in the local area for over a decade and opened Milton Family Medical Practice in 2016. She has been a registrar in this area herself and subsequently taught medical student, Interns and Registrars. She has a special interest in Obstetrics and Gynaecology as well as Paediatrics.
She has admitting rights to Milton Ulladulla Hospital, where she does minor Gynae procedures in theatre and where she works on the on call roster in ED. She also sees patients at the local Nursing Home. She continues to provide antenatal care to the local area and enjoys watching babies and families grow.

She loves exercise, spending time with her family and a good cup of coffee.

Dr. Monique Scott
Dr Scott is originally from New Zealand. She has worked in the local area, including Milton Ulladulla Hospital for a number of years. She has previously worked with Family Planning NSW and GynaeCare. She holds a Diploma in Obstetrics and Child Health.
She has a special interest in Women's and Sexual Health and provides antenatal and postnatal care to the area.

She enjoys travelling, sport and spending time with her young family.

Dr. Con Pappas
For many years Dr Con Pappas has offered skin cancer services to the local Milton-Ulladulla community as well surrounding districts of the NSW South Coast from Nowra and its satellite townships, Batemans Bay to Bega.
Con holds a Masters Degree in skin cancer medicine from the University of Queensland. He has a role as a medical educator in skin cancer surgery and is a Fellow and Censor of the Skin Cancer College Australasia since 2011.
Con is now in full-time skin cancer practice at South Coast Skin Cancer Clinic. He has always been passionate in providing better health care access to rural communities.

Dr. Qays AlSha'er
Dr. Qays Al'Shaer works in our skin cancer clinic alongside Dr. Con Pappas. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds Advanced Certificates in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery and in Dermoscopy. He is accredited with the Skin Cancer College Australasia.
Qays also works on call at the Milton Ulladulla Hospital's Emergency Department and in a skin clinic servicing the local community in Shellharbour.
Qays now lives locally in Milton after he moved to the area from Wollongong. In his spare time, he enjoys a good game of soccer!

Dr. Ashlee Mychael
Dr Mychael has recently moved to Milton with her young family to complete her training. She graduated from Western Sydney University in 2013 and has previously worked at Wollongong and Nowra Hospitals. She has completed additional skills training in Emergency Medicine and holds a Masters of Paediatric Medicine. Dr Mychael's special interests include Children's Health and Chronic Disease Management.
She has two young children, and enjoys camping, swimming and a good book.

Dr. Eleanor Chapman
Dr Chapman grew up in the Milton-Ulladulla area. She is returning with her young family to undertake GP training as a GP registrar. She holds a Diploma of Child health and has a special interest in Paediatrics and Preventative medicine.
She loves spending time with her family, cooking and enjoying the outdoors.

Dr. Emma Thompson
Dr Thompson moved to the South Coast almost a decade ago with her family. After undertaking an internship rotation through Milton she is returning as a GP Registrar to complete her training. Emma has a special interest in Palliative Care Medicine and holds a Clinical Diploma in Palliative Medicine.

She enjoys time with her family and pets, exploring beaches, exercise and good food.

Dr. Nick Kunzer
Dr Kunzer is originally from Southern California and moved to Australia after a prolonged surfing holiday where he met his wife in 2013. He has moved to the area with his growing family to finish GP training with the hopes of settling down permanently. He completed his Medical Degree at the University of Sydney and his internship and residency training through Hunter New England Local Health District. He has experience in paediatrics and dermatology as well as a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition.
When not at the clinic he spends his time with his family enjoying the outdoors and hunting for uncrowded waves.

Dr. Melody Burgess - Osteopath (currently on maternity leave)

South coast born and bred Melody has returned to her roots to offer our community her expertise in Osteopathic Medicine.
Melody is a strong believer in a holistic approach to all her patients.
Her special interests include: Women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum pain, sporting injuries, Acute and Chronic conditions (Back/neck/Sacroiliac Joints (SIJ) pain), Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) syndrome & Headaches and Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) resulting from workplace ergonomics.
Melody uses a wide range of direct techniques such as high-velocity, low-amplitude (HVLA) spinal manipulation technique, Muscle Energy Techniques (METs), and deep tissue massage as well as gentle indirect and Osteopathy in the Cranial Field (OCF) techniques.
On her days off you will find Melody in the outdoors enjoying her surroundings or having a coffee and a chat with her family.

Emma has been in clinical practice since 2001.

Emma is a strong advocate for pre-conception healthcare to ensure optimum health for our future generation and following this through pregnancy and post natal care into educating wellness for the whole family.
​
Emma loves working with families, she understands the complexities of family life, raising children and juggling many other tasks of a parent. She has many tips to help parents and children make healthier dietary and lifestyle choices.
​
She believes in nourishing mind, body and spirit and has witnessed the body has a great capacity to heal given the right conditions.
​
Emma has always worked along side other health professionals, including GPs to get the best outcomes for her clients.

Courtney Parish - Medical Student
Courtney is a third year medical student originally from Tasmania. She is currently studying at the University of Wollongong and will be undertaking placement at Milton Family Medical Practice until mid- 2021.

Courtney has previously studied Nursing and Public Health working in hospitals in Brisbane and Wollongong and is still currently nursing in the region. She has a special interest in Obstetrics and Gynaecology as well as Emergency medicine.

Courtney enjoys keeping active, baking, travel and visiting restaurants and wineries in her spare time.
